WHILE he's waiting a tough-guy junior high school gym teacher gives him shit because the dude's an angry drunk looking for a fight.

THEREFORE a tired, irritated, probably still jittery on adrenaline from the confrontation with the gym teacher Makoto does a simple grip on the shoulder on Sera. who like the hotheaded moron she is immediately rises to said challenge instead of calmly dealing with the situation.

so, who's fault is it? Sera for not responding calmly. Makoto was not operating with all of his faculties intact. Sera WAS running on all eight cylinders and had her head on straight to start with.

if Sera had patted Makoto on the back of his hand on her shoulder and said simply, "It's ok buddy! It's ok! We're all friends here? See, the ladies and the old guy over there and the little dude and I we're all pals ok?"
